Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the perfect condition and unused, free from damage, stains, odors, or any condition that would prevent its sale as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and any items that were included. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at ablienstudios@gmail.com. 

1) Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

2) Exchanges:
We currently don't offer exchanges. If you would like a different color or size please place a new order on our website.

3) Refunds:
Once we receive your return and confirm there is no damage, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ablienstudios@gmail.com.

If an international package is returned because the customer did not pay customs fees, the customer will not be refunded for the original shipping cost. If Ablien Studios is charged a fee to have the package returned, that fee will also be subtracted from the customer’s refund.
